Novomber 13, 1942 BAIUY BUGLE Bugle Improves Eech Yeer PHYLIS Coming across the first copies of the Bugle published in '39 set me to making com parisons with our pre sent issues* I was quite interested to note the differences I foimd. Margins uneven, v/ords misspelled, letters written on top of one ano the r--that's the way oiir first Bugle looked, Tho Bugle has in creased in size from twelve pages to a vol- vune of twenty to twenty-five pages. By skillful arrange ment of news articles, ads, and features the make-up is made more interesting and tho paper as a v/hole lo^ks neater and more at tractive « The stylo of writing reveals an improvement in tho general tech nique of nows editing, Tho subjects reported arc, likowise, of more general interest. The success and im provement of tho paper indicates hard work and co-operation on the part of the staff each year.Thojr are to bo congratulated.
