Miss Agnes Rudisill invites
you to be present at her wedding
on July 29 at 11:00 at Lillington,
North Carolina, in the Methodist
Church.
She, too, is graduating—from
single blessedness to married
bliss.
She will get her diploma (mar
riage license) July 29. The
bridegroom will be Mr. G. B.
Boddie, son of a Methodist min
ister of Clinton, Louisiana.
Miss Rudisill is the daughter
of Mrs. O. R. Rudisill of Lilling
ton. She received her schooling
in South Carolina, receiving an
A.B. degree at Lander College.
She later received her M.A. De
gree from the University of
Seniors Leave
Their Best to You
North Carolina.
Mr. Boddie graduated from
Louisiana State University, re
ceiving a B.S. degree. He was
a member of Kappa Sigma Fra
ternity. He is now credit mana
ger for Sears in Florence.
By the way, when you get
ready to tell her goodbye, you
won’t have any trouble spotting
her. She is easily recognizable
by her height (or rather, lack of
it) and by her “you-all” accent.
So long. Miss Rudisill. Best of
luck as Mrs. Boddie. G.H.S. in
vites you back as often as you
can come. You’ll always be wel
come.
The Seniors are leaving dear
ole G.H.S. and they hope the stu
dents left 'behind can use the
things they are leaving.
Jean Mitchell—leaves her abil
ity to gain weight to Pauline Co
ley.
Janice Whaley — leaves her
ability to tell jokes to anyone
who wants to take over.
Vollie Faircloth—leaves.
Mavis Page—leaves her short
hand to anybody that can read
it.
Lorraine Pearce—leaves her
desk in third period, room 12, to
anyone crazy enough to take So
ciology.
Bobby Frederick — leaves his
“abilities” to Bobby Frederick in
hopes that they will strengthen
the rising seniors. Just what
the doctor ordered.
Etheline Coley—leaves, thank
goodness.
Faye Parnell—leaves by the
back entrance.
Keith Boykin—leaves to Miss
Hula McKeel his ability to teach
the typing rhumba. Tippa, type.
Nine King—leaves her walk to
Martha Lewis.
Peggy Jones—leaves her abili
ty to “Bop” to Joyce McClenny.
Carolyn Sutton—leaves her U.
S. History seat to Alton Perry.
Barbara Hinnant—leaves her
desk in bookkeeping to anyone
foolish enough to take it.
Joe Collins—leaves . . . good
riddance.
Jean McLawhon—leaves all of
her admit slips to anyone that
can use them.
Barbara Harrell — leaves her
ability to do history to Sybil
Batson.
Peggy Strickland — leaves for
better days to come:

throwing arm to Billy Gibson,
hoping he can control it.
Norma Frick—leaves her typ
ing ability to Sara Thompson.
Nancy Underwood—leaves her
height to Martha Kornegay.

swell years behind.
Naomi Deans—leaves when she
gets her diploma.

Addie’s to contend with.
Ruth Edmundson—leaves Jay
Maxwell, much to her sorrow.
Peggy Malpass and Donald
Percise leave together hoping to
remain that way.
Adaline Vann—leaves all her
