These sohoods were Roberixwiville High School and Piymouith Higih School. Principoil Colombo was born in Brockiton, Maes, and at tended ipublic school there. After high school gradua- ti'cn he oame to North Caro lina ito play p'rofeasiional base ball for Rooky Mount and V.’ilson and to attend Atlantic Christian College. While at A.C.C. Mr. Coloimbo met his futnre wife, Miss Lor- ett© Osborne of Robersonville. Miss Osboirnie had previously at tended Mary W/ashlngton Col- legte in Flredericksburg, Va. They were marrlied afiter grad- 'Uwtion fiiiom A. C. C. in 1947. Following their marriage Mr. Coilombo was employed as a coaoh and Mrs. Odomibo as am eighith igirade teacher In Bliadenboiro, N. C. In 1951 Mr. Colombo re ceived his Master’s degree from Eiast Carolina Collegia. The Colombo’s have two children, Mike, 17, and Karen, 14. The wilioJie family enjoys playing igolf. Mikie is a senior ithis year at RMSH. He plays all three Luajor siports and was an all- comfierenjcie seleotion in foot ball and ihasebMl at Plymouth last y«ar. This »umimer young Colom- bo played on Ahoakie’s Anuerl- can Leigdon baseball team. As of yet, hie has no definite x>l- lege plains. Karen Is a inimith grader ait Edworda Junior High and enjoys baiskeitball, swlmimimg and ireading in hier sipare time. Mr. Colombo siays no major changes will be made from lasit year’is aichiool routine.
