The Soco Gap square dance team will
be at Helen’s Barn at 8 o’clock Monday
evening, August 12th. This toam is made
up of sixteen trained and talented dancers
with many years of experience in dancing
Aiken and V/arrenton on two very select
occasions; also promoted dances for John
D. Rockefeller’s nephew, who is president
of the Chase National Bank in Boston,

SATURDAY IS CLEAN-UP DAY AT
HIGHLANDS CEMETB^IY
Saturday, August 10th, has been set
aside as cloan-up day at the Highlands
cemetery, and any one having relatives
or friends buried in this cemetery, as
well as other persons who might bo inter
ested in helping v;ith this work, are ask
ed to meet there early Saturday morning
with working tools.
Lunch will bo served in the grove at
the cemotory, and J. R. Phillips v;ill be
in charge of the work*
