Henry St. George Tuckor of New York City, presiding bishop of the Protestant Episcopal church, who is vaca tioning at Kanuga Lake, will conduct the morning service at the Church of the In carnation here on Sunday, August 24th. Bishop Tucker is a Virginian by birth and was a missionary to Japan for a great many years. Only registered voters will be able to vote in the bond election on September 2nd for a new county courthouse and Jail.
