SEniop FRPELUELL We, the seniors of 1961, want to thank all of our friends and teachers who have helped us over the rough spots of our school days. Also we wish to thank our parents, for we know without their love, patience, and guidance we would never have been where we are today. For twelve years we have waited for the day when we could say ’’tonight is graduation” so we can*t truthfully say we wish we were coming back next year. But still when we think of leaving all our friends, we feel sad because we know that we can never feel like a part of them again. All the happy memories and activities of our school days will always linger in our hearts and we will never forget the fun we have had together. We bid to all of you a sincere fare well, especially the seniors of next year, to whom we leave our talents and abilities to ’’make the grade.”- Georgetta can*t seem to make Up her mindj the boys around Her, you’ll always find. Carolyn, who*s married, must Take home books5 while doing Her homework, she stops to cook. Spec, who is the class* muffin. Says everything and believes Nothing. Then comes Benson, the mischie vous one; stays in trouble, but Thinks it*s fun. David is the quiet one in the Room; he hopes to graduate very Soon. Next comes Charlie in his hot rod Olds*. He manages to miss All the ditches and holes. First comes our President-Jane: To her, leaving Woodrow is always a Pain. Together Agnes and Libby are. If not with Jack, in Merlin’s Car, Kimbo, who’s going steady, never Wants to get loose5 instead, to Settle down with a boy named Bruce. Betty Jean and Tina seem to look Better every time that they get A letter. Ollie Mae is tall and thin; Always has the nicest grin. Jack, what will be your future Plans? Will they be the same As Ann*s? Next comes Woodrow who is or dinary and plain. His future Wife will soon be Jane. Tommy, who’s a friend to all. Is also good at basketball. Last, but not least, here comes Jack. I bet he’s glad he won*t Be back. Mrs. Propst is our homeroom Teacher. She*s the wife of The Baptist preacher.
