Baseball Needs Support
By: Larry Kearns
; Baseball is just as im
portant to a school as
football or basketball.
|lt needs the same school
spirit and support from
;the student body that is
given to other sports.
; I say this not only be-
fcause I am on the team,
put because the whole team
feels the same way. We’re
put to work as a team and
po win. But win or lose,
ifche support the school
jgives, helps hold the team
Up and keeps it closer to
gether.
i We have a pretty good
iball team at West Montgomery
jthis year, and have just as
good a chance as any other
[team to come out on top.
|A11 we need is a chance and
a little support. We, the
team, can work our way for
that chance and you, the
jstudents at "west", can sup
ply the support. All it
Itakes is some school spirit,
jlf you think of your school
jas tops, you will give the
jbaseball team your support.
