God has given us "time". Youth fails to see the worth of time and squanders it. Old age sees its golden secret, but never cstn convey it across th; chasm separating the very old and the very young. Procrastination is the disease in fecting all of us. Some suffer ceverely. They loose today in tomorrow. There is always the dread that the deadline will cauch up with the excuse for delay. Now is the best time to complete the task. It may be much hai*der tciiorrow. ? ME OUT TO BMiGAME As theL basketball seaeaj-. draws ^i^a close and the cheer-leaders retire from active duty^ let us not j)ack away our school spirit in moth balls to stagnate until next year's ifootball season. We have a very important team that repre sents our school in athletic competition during these spring months. The base ball team that represents West Montgom?- ery through this all-American sport faithfully competes for the success and glory of our school. Should we not faithfully support their efforts? Base ball games are fun and excitihg, and even the girls can "keep up with the action". It would be a shame to waste a good team by half*i-hearted support. Let's not let these boys down this season, but take advantage of the suspense, excite ment and fun "out at the ole ball game". by—Ellen Highsmith Diane Calli'cutt Elizabeth Dickens Marion Dorsett Sandra Garner Tfayne Hicks SENIOR John Hodge Jim McIntyre Barbara Jean Morton Ann Saunders ^'Iarsha Annstrong Brenda Birckhead Becky Birckhead Charles Bruton Ellen Highsmith Dianne Allred Karen Andrews Benjy Buie Betty Sue Bruton V.
