Page Six the DILLARD HI —NEWS May, 1965 GETTING THE URGE Have you ever had a strong desire to do something, regard less of requests, warnings and rules of proper conduct? One Poopo relates such ex periences. The sign read “Fresh Paint,” but poor Poopo couldn’t resist getting the feel of the cool, wet paint on the seat of his breeches. “Buzz Buzz, Buzz.” He was furious in his desire to swat the ever buzzing class chatterer, but he didn’t do it. The sign, “Wet Cement, made his toes burn. He could not resist the temptation to leave his footprint. So what? He did. The stool on which Miss Busy was sitting slipped and she slid to the floor. The urge to laugh was greater than the ability to restrain from laughing. To stick a pen in the seat of his best friend to see him jump made Poopo quiver. He squirm ed and iched; however, the sharp-pointed pen fell to the floor without doing any harm.
