TJie club welcomed Tura Thompson as the new president Katherine Nooe as vice- presidout. and Bessie Lee Moss as sec- retary-treasuror. After short talks by the retiring, and the incoming presi- louts, the deities adjourned, and a iiappy social hour was enjoyed by tho club, as mortals. There was iced tea. sandwiches, and small cakes for re freshments. The programs given by the club this year have been on Greek and Roman mythology. The gods and goddesses have usutilly been represented iu per son, and It Is with genuine delight that tho club members look back on this year’s sojourn on Mt. Olympus with such heavenly companions. C, A. cabinet enter tained its advisory commltttee of the faculty at an informal party on the north campus after dinner Friday eve ning. The guests were welcomed by the new president and cabinet. Appro priate games were played, after whfcU sandwiches and iced tea were served. The cabinet feels very fortunate in having as its advisory committee, Mi&s Zabriskie, Miss Harris, Miss Welch and Miss White. Ainoug other things to which not only the cabinet, but many of the student body are looking, is the Y. W. conference at Blue Ridge in June. Seventeen girls are planning to go and are looking forward to a very pleasant tri)) with Miss Harris as chaperon. There is still an opportunity for regis- tratinn and any new delegates will be welcomed.
