The group is currently excavating the sites of the sunken Civil War block ade runners BXLA and RANGER, located of the southern North Carolina coast. The program will be at 7:00 p.m. in the Continuing Educa tion Auditorium of the College Center. Admission is open to the public and is free of charge. The student legislators ban quet was held on Saturday night, beginning at 6;30 p.m. During the banquet. President Bunn delivered an address which preceded an “original” play, “Frontier Mortician,” in which various delegates participated. A dance fol lowed the banquet. On Sun day, April 1, the session closed after a second Plenary Session during which final reports, a- wards, and installation of of ficers occurred. Members of the Meredith delegation included Ann Wall (chairperson), Carolyn Car ter, Jean Jackson, Janice Sams, Mary Allen Pickett, Mary Lynn Roberts, Cindy Snipes, Debbie Lakin, Marilyn Homey, Genie Bailey, Genie Rogers, Rita Ritchie, Woody Davis and Janet Tysinger.
