Boston Chicken is a new restaurant
chain popping up all over our nation.
Although Boston Chicken does not
consider itself a fast-food restaurant, it
is modeled much like one. It is not a
fancy restaurant at all; however, the
restaurant surely knows haw to please
its customers. For anyone who wants
quick, friendly service and good food,
Boston Chicken is definitely the place.
The atmosphere in Boston Chicken
is relaxed—music is played softly in
the background and open seating is
available. The entire restaurant is non
smoking, but there are tables set up
outside for those who wish to smoke.
The quality of food at Boston
Chicken is excellent. All food is served
hot right in front of the customer. The
menu offers eighteen side dishes in
cluding: mashed potatoes and gravy,
stufftng, baked beans, macaroni and
cheese, and pasta salad, to name a few.
The restaurant’s main dish is chicken
prepared in a variety of ways: roasted
chicken, chicken s^ad, and chicken
sandwiches. Soft drinks such as Coke,
Mountain Dew, Sprite, and Diet Coke
are served at the beverage stand: the
customers serve their own, and refills
The quality of service is equally
impressive. The employees are always
smiling and friendly. The manager even
hives tours of the kitchen at the
customer’s request. All the employees
are eager to please, and the customer
always comes first. The service is quick,
so waiting is kept to a minimum.
'The price of all this is a bit more
than places like Kenny Roger’s Chicken
andKentuckyFried Chicken. Achicken
