!!! ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS !!!
It is time for you to say “yes” or “no” to proposing more
male visitation at Meredith College.
A referendum will be held next Wednesday, Nov. 15th
during lunch and dinner in Belk Dining Hall and from
10 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Cate Center.
All traditional age, non-traditional age, commuter and
resident students are strongly encouraged to come out
to vote. In order for the referendum results to be valid,
at least 25% of the entire students body must vote. This
means that approximately.600 students must vote on
Wednesday.
The results of this referendum will determine whether
the Senate will or will not propose more male visitation
to the Board of Trustees in the spring.
Don’t miss this opportunity to place your vote!!
**NOTE: This referendum is not to be confused with the
surveys of resident and non-resident students. The
survey information is being used to assist the Senate in
drafting the referendum. No official votes are being
tallied from the surveys. Votes will only be tallied from
the Nov. 15 referendum.
