Dana Jones junior / would make the Cate Center more convenient to students and guests. Alice Henick freshman / would take the burlap off the walls in the dorms. Julie Holland freshman Cleaning out all the air vents. Megan Schmidt junior I would spend it on upgrading the computers. Robin Creech senior / would spend it on expanding technology. Courtney Lancaster sophomore / would update the phone system so we could have call waiting. Shani Seidel senior I would refurnish the dorm rooms to make them more modem. Mary Moore senior / would revamp the photography department and / would get all new equipment. r 1996 EMERGING LEADERS SEMINAR The Emerging Leaders Seminar Series will be held in Spring 1996 for any freshman or sophomore who would like to develop her leadership skills. The seminar is an eight part, non-credit course with session topics including styles and models of leadership, group communication skills, decision making, intercultural awareness and creative leadership techniques. The series begins January 16 and ends February 27. Sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 3;45—5:30PM in the Chapel Commons Room. A Ropes Course and Recognition Dinner will also be included in the series. The deadline date for sign-up is Wednesday, December 6 (Last day of classes), and the seminar is limited to 30 people. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
