CAMPUS NEWS April 27, IfiaS 6 Celebrating Student Achievement on Thursday, April 28 JENNA CHAMBERS Staff Writer Wake up Meredith! The annual Celebration of Stu dent Achievement is Thurs day April 28!! The Diver sity Council for has planned the activities for the day of celebration and organized those activities to focus on many cultures to animate awakening today! Come support your classmates who have worked hard to present their research. Check out the events program for the whole day, which includes all session of undergradu ate research conferences and special events. There cer emony program and there are abstracts for those who want particular titles of au thors and read in advance what the presentations will be about. This year, there are 149 students who will participate in him sessions or special events. This number does not include the students who will receive awards, be inducted into SGA, etc. The number of students partici pating is quite impressive and everyone should come out and support their class mates!! Students can go to www.meredith.edu/achieve ment to see the schedule for the day and also explore the programs and abstracts that are now online. The day will include presentations about women in leadership, an interior design showcase, meeting and greeting poster artists, religious presenta tions, and many, many more! To end the day, the Meredith college Chorale will give their spring concert! Come one come all Meredith stu dents to the celebration and spend a day learning from your cla'ssmates!
