Freshman Elections Results are In
The all-important freshman elections have taken place, and a
new group of leaders have emerged. Freshman year Is a flurry
of new and exciting experiences, and it can be hard to know
exactly what is going on (take Cornhuskin' for example. How
many freshmen know precisely what Cornhuskin' is?). Many
students find it most comforting to simply slip into a flock
mentality, but these brave few have risen to the challenge.
All those who ran for office, whether elected or not, should be
commended for their willingness to take charge in the face of
the unknown. Congratulations to all the new freshman class
officers, and good luck in the year ahead!
