FROM RANDY’S DESK
Mother's Day has alv/ays been
somewhat different from other
special occasions and holidays.
Other holidays mean a day off from
work, a trip to the beach, going
hunting or playing golf 1 Each of
these celebrations is for our own
exclusive enjoyment and pleasure.
But on one day we think of somebody
beside ourselves. It is a day set
aside to express more than ever the
love, honor, and respect we hold for our mothers. We simply give
mother a gift or flowers and try to make her realize what she means
to us. Why not make the most of it this Mother's Day. Remember "MOM"
is another word for "LOVE".
ATTENTION! ATTENTION!
FROM RAY ROGERS
By now each employee should have received a copy of the W & J
Rives Employee Profit Sharing Summary Plan Document. If you haven't,
please see your supervisor and ask for your copy.
Once you have received your copy, you must fill out the last
page which is called "Designation of Beneficiary". On this page you
list your primary and secondary beneficiary and their respective
addresses. The primary beneficiary is the person or persons to whom
you want any money due to you under the W & J Rives Employee Profit
Sharing Plan to go in the event of your death. The secondary beneficiary
is the person or persons who would succeed the primary beneficiary in
the event of the death of that person or persons.
Remember to sign the page, date it and have your signature
witnessed by a third party. Turn in the completed page to your
supervisor who will give the document to personnel where it will
remain in your permanent file. We need for you to turn in the
completed beneficiary designation form as soon as possible.
If you should have any questions, please see your supervisor
or myself.
