WHAT’S IN THE POT?
SQUASH PATTIES (submitted by Shirley Briles)
2 C. squash (grated)
1 dash black pepper
2 tap. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. onions
2 tsp. butter or oil
1 tsp. salt
6 Tbls. flour
Mix together and spoon into frying pan. Fry in
at a high temperature until nicely brovmed.
