HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hopefully everyone enjoyed the holiday season
and has made some positive New Year Resolutions. I am in the process
of getting organized for 1982, and many of you can help me in this
endeavor.
Last year there were some forms passed out for those of you
having insurance to fill out. I'd like to update my file and obtain
a little more information that will help speed up your claim
payments and make reimbursements more efficient. Please fill out

Do you recognize her? She is Mary
Frazier and for the past 20 years she
has been first employeed with Mr.
Apparel and for the last 4 years, here
at W & J Rives. Mary lives in the
