Volunteers—our most valuable reserve
Our volunteers are everywhere. It would be hard to find another homeowners
association (HOA) in North Carolina, let alone the Eastern Seaboard, with the level
of volunteers Pine Knoll Association (PKA) enjoys. As you make your way around
our very unique association, take the time to see the faces of those you meet. While
you may not know everyone by name, you might put a face with a name you see in
the list below.

various tasks around our association when needed. They help to keep the parks
looking great by picking up debris, painting benches, etc. This just proves that
PKA volimteerism is a multi-generational effort.

Another worker who is actually not a volunteer is our paid administrator, Dennise
Wolfe, working every day on all our behalf The wizard behind the scenes for much
of what our members need is Dennise. While the directors often get the lions share of
public recognition, Dennise is the force behind the interface with all of our members
from day-to-day operations through to our annual meeting. The level, steady hand
of Dennise keeps the association on track and serving our members in ways often
uncounted and unseen.
Volunteers are at the heart of our success. Whenever you see one, please say thanks
or offer a word of encouragement. They are working on behalf of all of us in Pine
Knoll Association.
