November 2021 PKS Angel Tree kayak ® Wforthe* AWARRI0RS By Jean McDanal Project benefits children of our warriors Because of the continuing restrictions associated with COVID- 19, our Angel Tree Project will be taking the same form as last year. Rather than adopting a family that has been vetted by Hope For The Warriors and buying presents for the children, we will be collecting money instead. All funds will be turned over to Hope For The Warriors who will then buy, wrap and deliver to those local warrior families in North Carolina that they have vetted. Your generous donation will be gladly accepted by December 8. A check made payable to Kayak for the Warriors with “Angel Tree Project” on the memo line can be placed in the town box behind town hall or mailed to: Angel Tree, Town of Pine Knoll Shores, 100 Municipal Circle, Pine Knoll Shores, NC 28512. If you have any questions, please contact BJ Peter at 252-646- 8079. The Parks and Recreation Committee thanks you for your continued support for this holiday project. ..-'A- DAYLIGHT SiAfING TIME EMDS PINE KNOLL SHORES GARDEN CLUB Invites You To A Veterans Day Tribute at the Blue Star Memorial Join US to honor those who defend our freedom— past, present and future Thursday, November 11,4 p.m. at the corner of Highway 58 and Pine Knoll Boulevard Weather and COVID restrictions permitting, refreshments on the back deck at town hall immediately following No Rain Date 7, 202\ Standard Pre-Sort 1 ® Permit #35 ■ 'i: k ^nOTB I' Atla|tic; Beach, NC 28512
