Take a look at the great photos taken by Amy Mansfield and Jen Merlo on the Town Crier pages in this issue and on our website and Facebook pages. We also had a drone, manned by Chris Losack, taking a video of the race. Thanks to our terrific volunteers, who put in innumerable hours year after year and make it better and better, including the tent crew, who put up and take down tents and tables and chairs; ticket sellers; the brain trust of ladies who always come up with great ideas; event captains; Pine Knoll Shores Realty—and the list goes on. None of this would happen without you. At press time, the final tally had not been made, but we are in the process of gathering all of our information, and we should have a total by the time you are reading this. If you would still like to donate, please make your check payable to Kayak for the Warriors and send it to Town of Pine Knoll Shores, 100 Municipal Circle, Pine Knoll Shores, NC 28512, or drop it by town hall. If you prefer to donate online, please visit k4tw.org, and click the Donate button. Either way, our warriors thank you for your support. We will soon begin planning for oiir three events for next spring. We are always looking for folks to join us.
