Dick is a pilot with United Airlines. His hobbies are restoring cars, hi-fi, and all sorts of mechanical and electronic things. Kuby is a beachcomber and bird watcher. She was delighted to see her first painted bunting the other day. Their son, Chris, recently earned a M.A. in business. He especially enjoys antique cars and snow skiing. Polly lives at home. Her interests center around antiques and flea markets. Dick was a Navy pilot in World War II. He was stationed at Banana River Air Base, which is now Patric Air Base. He knew of PKS area for a very long time, having seen it from the air as he flew up and down the coast. Ruby grew up on Merrit Island, Florida. A missle site is now located at the family orange grove. Tins^^ THAT . . . Once again we call your attention to the matter of litter in our town, especially in the parks and on the beaches. Ot^^ously, much of the litter is contributed by non-residents, and we would urge you to remind those you may see carelessly disposing of things, to call their attention to it and ask them to remove it. Please, also, when you walk your dog in »the parks or on the beaches have some implement with you to dispose of the material. Lost or strayed. . . .Ken Doremus, some time ago, loaned out his wall papering equipment, including straight edge, brush, roller and table and has lost track of it. Anyone with a clue to its whereabouts should get in touch with Ken and relieve his mind. Many thanks to all of those who have been picking up litter along our streets on Mondays and Thursdays and who largely are members of the Pine Knoll Garden Club. Their enthusiasm should be a star in their crown. By the way, the Garden Club also has contributed the soaker hoses for use on our new azalea bushes at the town hall. And finally, a doff of the hat to those men who have been repairing pot holes and doing some tree trimming in our town, all of which makes it a better place to live.
