All profits go to our building fund. ------- oOo ------- ANIMAL PROTECTION LEAGUE BENEFIT The third annual benefit sale sponsored by the Crystal Coast Animal Protection League will be held on Sunday, January 29th at 2 p.m. at Abe's Auction House, Newport [by the stop light]. You may inspect the merchandise—both new and used to be avail- 1 p.m. so you will be ready for the auction at 2. Local merchants have made contributions as well as private citizens. There are even some gift certificates. Better come see. Proceeds will go toward the spay and neuter program. AIR PORT SERVICE "Rra of our police officers will make themselves available in their free time to drive you to the airport. If you are to be away so long you do not wish to leave your car at the airport this is a convenient way to solve the problem. They will drive you there in your car, take your car home and put it away and then will come to meet you when you return. The fee for this varies according to circumstances but you can find out what it costs by calling them. AQUARIUM Interesting programs are going on at the Aquarium every day! Watch the bulletin boards for their daily films. Pre-register for a field trip or a workshop or a Behind- the-Scenes tour. There are special programs for children too. LIONS CLUB The Bogue Banks Lions Club meets every other Wednesday at the Holiday Inn in Pine Knoll Shores.
