THE BOGUE BANKS LIBRARY, located in Pine Knoll Village, has its own Board
of Trustees. Board members appointed by the Carteret County Commissioners

A REMINDER FROM YOUR POLICE DEPARTMENT _ BICYCLE SAFETY
Officer Bob Hamilton advises that effective June 30th, the N. C. Motor
Vehicle Law requires all bicycles in use after dark be equipped with a front
headlight and a rear reflector. Violators of this law can receive a cita
tion.
This law is for Cyclist s' safety and is to everyone's benefit to comply.
