PLEASE NOTE: Concerning Commissioner Blanchard's request for town right-
of-way clearing to facilitate mowing, the Ordinance covering this request
is 13-2.2 - Use of Streets Rights-of-Way:
"An owner or occupant of property may place and maintain on such right-
of-way posts, fences, walls, stakes or other obstructions not more than
three[3] feet high, and may plant or maintain trees and shrubs on such
right-of-way, provided however, that none of the foregoing items may be
placed, planted, or permitted to remain with six [6] feet of the paved sur
face of any public street. Any overhang from plantings may not protrude
within six [6] feet of the paved surface at a height of less than ten [10]
feet . "
