The four Bogue Ranks towns are asked to pay the following amounts: Atlantic Beach $11,000; Emerald Isle, $10,000; Indian Beach, $1,000; and Pine Knoll Shores, $13,700. The Pine Knoll Shores Commissioners budgeted $13,700 for the library in the 1992-93 fiscal year. That budget was approved this week. I J and Use Update Plan: Consideration of the submission of the Land Use Plan Update to Department of Coastal Management for comment and review is the next step toward the adoption of the plan. Citizen Clyde Lynn asked that the policy statement concerning a third bridge, be changed to plainly state that Pine Knoll Shores opposes a third bridge. He questioned the usefulness of the mandated land use plans. Commissioner Musgrave moved that the policy statement read "The Town of Pine Knoll Shores is opposed to the location of a third bridge." Please contact Commissioner Hasulak if interested. olice In addition to the Police report of 163 calls answered and 211 houses checked, it was announced that Officer Hellersperk completed 32 hours of special training in search warrants at the Police Academy in Salemburg. treets & Public Property Piksco Agreement Commissioner Blanchard reported that PIKSCO homeowners association is agreeable to the pumping of accumulated storm water from town streets into Gamer Paris basin. He moved that an agreement between the Town and Piksco be approved to allow this action and, fiirther, that Mayor Kanyha be authorized to sign this agreement.
