To me it means cool weather, leaves turning (and falling agh!), crisp nights, different birds visting us, hearty soups and a coziness that only this time of year can bring. We are getting close to our holiday time, it's time for reflection on what has happened in the last 10 months and what is ahead. I for one have a new perspective on what is important. I use to feel that getting upset over small things was ok, I no longer believe that. Cherish what you have, value it and don't sweat the small stuff. You never know what is around the corner. Zoning Ordinance 21 has been amended by adding section 6.11 designating the location of wells and requiring a permit for well installation. This ordinance was passed September 14, it applies to new wells only regardless of depth or use (shallow, deep, irrigation, household or heat pump). Existing wells are grandfathered.
