Norman and Irene Beattie just moved into their lovely new home at 106 West Olive Court. Most
recently they lived in Washington, Missouri. Prior to that they lived in Wilmington, Delaware.
Norman and Irene were brought up in Glasgow, Scotland. They emigrated to Canada and
lived in Montreal for 10 years. Norman's mother still lives in Montreal.
Norman is an environmental engineer with Foster Wheeler Environmental. Currently he is
on vacation awaiting his next assignment. Irene is a registered nurse. She worked in labor and
delivery for 18 years.
Their friends, the Walters, on Mimosa Boulevard, invited them to visit PKS about seven years
ago. Irene said she knew immediately that this is where she wanted to live. They bought a lot in
1994 and finally their dream home was finished late in July.
They both love golf (they have already joined the BBCC), cycling, and swimming.
