There will be a Public Hearing prior to the regular Town Board meeting on Tuesday, January 9, 2001.

1. Bond order as introduced authorizing $8,000,000 beach improvement bonds
2. Final update of the codification of Town Ordinances
FY1999-2000
The Town Auditor, G. Lee Carroll, CPA presented a brief synopsis of the Comprehensive Financial
Report for the year ending June 30, 2000.
Resolution
The Board of Commissioners in an effort to assist the N.C. Aquarium In their efforts to procure a
bicycle path from Salter Path Road to Roosevelt Boulevard approved a resolution agreeing to grant
the N.C. Department of Transportation the rights-of-way from Salter Path Road to Roosevelt
Boulevard. Nothing in this resolution shall act to preclude the Town of Pine Knoll Shores from
accessing any Town property located on stated rights-of-way.
