Aquarium In their efforts to procure a bicycle path from Salter Path Road to Roosevelt Boulevard approved a resolution agreeing to grant the N.C. Department of Transportation the rights-of-way from Salter Path Road to Roosevelt Boulevard. Nothing in this resolution shall act to preclude the Town of Pine Knoll Shores from accessing any Town property located on stated rights-of-way.
