The first information meeting will be prior to the Town Board meeting on Tuesday, February 13, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room. The second public information meeting will be on Tuesday, February 27, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room. Resolutions 1. The Board of Commissioners passed a resolution accepting the final codification of the Town Ordinances, 2. The Board passed a bond order authorizing $8,000,000 Beach Improvement Bonds. 3. The Board passed a resolution calling a Special Bond Referendum to be held between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2001, for $8,0000,000 Beach Improvement Bonds. 4. The Board also passed a resolution recognizing Andy Turney for his service to the Town. Ordinance Amendment The Board voted to amend the Town Ordinance Chapter 18-1.9 regarding regulation of signs in commercial zones.
