Public Hearing There were no comments during the Public Hearing prior to the Regular Board Meeting on February 13^'^ to discuss required setbacks with properties that front on Juniper Road with rear property lines on Fairways Court. Resolutions 1. The Board of Commissioners passed a resolution supporting the 2002-2008 Transportation Improvement Program Priorities for Carteret County. Ordinance Changes 1. The Board passed an ordinance to increase the penalty for violation of the animal control ordinance, (see Police Department articles for details) 2. The Board approved an ordinance pertaining to setbacks on the west side of Fairways Court.
