2016 Pine Knoll Shores Easter Egg Hunt
Over 125 children arrived at Garner Park on March 27 to hunt for the 2,500 candy-filled eggs hidden by volunteers.
The Easter Bunny arrived on a Pine Knoll Shores fire truck, and everyone enjoyed lemonade and cookies after the
hunt. Thanks to Leann Sanders, Linda and Ron Pearson, Kelly Clark, BJ Peter, Barbara Holman, Teresa Stanton-

Pine Knoll Shores resident Jim Wagner (left) and Town Manager Brian Kramer (right) were
guests of Pine Knoll Shores resident Mike Femeau (center) at the fifth annual Marine Corps
Association & Foundation Wounded Warrior Leadership Awards Dinner at Camp Lejeune. Awards
were given to honor our wounded, injured and ill Marines. Jim is a Marine veteran of World War
II who landed at Guadalcanal with the First Marine Division in August 1942, and was recognized
with an ovation, along with other WWII veterans, at the beginning of the evening. Both Mike and
