As part of their continuing effort to beautify the town, Garden Club members and volunteers gathered at the Pine Knoll Shores firehouse in early December to create wreaths and swags to decorate public areas around town. The twins were part of a large family gathering in Pine Knoll Shores to celebrate Joan s birthday—^and must be a couple of the most interesting sisters around. Jeanette and her husband spent 30 years traveling the country in a motor home, joined by Joyce for the last 22 years of that adventure.
