This photo of the shrimp haul from the Capf. Nathan in Swan Quarter was taken on
here trad been heading shrimp for about four hours at the time of the
p oto, with an estimate that each of the 14 workers onsite had headed over 100 pounds of
sh imp each (1,400 pounds total). At least 280 baskets of shrimp had been unloaded with
h^hnn h Tt"® i°m P®'^P®h'''e-if the total haul turned out to
be 300 baskets at 50 pounds each, that would be 15,000 pounds of shrimp. With the 21-25
count shnmp available for just $6 per pound, it's safe to call this a good year to stock the
