Shown are two Draper boys who met
J'ecently in Korea. They are A/2C Bob-
“Gene” Ray, left, son of Mr. and
J. L. Ray, of 106 Main street,
draper, and A/2C Robert “Link” Hig-
S‘ns, son of Mrs. Alice Higgins, 430 W.

. Both entered the Air Force together
October 1952, and took basic train-
at Sampson AFB, New York. Af-
completing basic, they were separ-

In June 1954 Gene was sent to Korea,
in August of the same year. Link
went to Korea. In writing, they
tound they were 60 miles apart, and
