Set For Fieldcrest Children
Council Sponsors Christmas
Party For Kiddies Dec. 17;
Boys Choir To Entertain
A gigantic Christmas party for
the children of Fieldcrest employ
ees will be held in the Leaksville-
Spray junior high school audi
torium Saturday afternoon, De
cember 17 at 2:30 o’clock. The
Carolina Cooperative Council is
sponsor of the “king size” event
to which the children of Field-
cresters are invited. No tickets
are needed.
Entertainment for the children will
be provided by the famed Charlotte
Boys Choir, which is not only a choir
but a versatile and talented musical
organization which has thrilled audi
ences in many states with outstanding
variety entertainment.
Santa Claus will be on hand at the
party and will have a treat for each and
every child. A committee headed by
Howard Barton will prepare the sacte
filled with fruits and goodies.
Cecil Squires, president of the Caro
lina Cooperative Council said: “We wish
