Weavers And Fixers On
Three Rug Looms Get
Performance Awards
Recognition is being given to weavers
and fixers on three rug looms for above
standard performance during the month
of December, 1962.
Awards are made on looms where
performance is above standard in the
five areas of loom efficiency, seconds,
burling costs, housekeeping and yield.
Each of these factors is vital in the at
tainment of high quality and low costs.
The fixers as well as the weavers
are recognized since the fixer holds a
key position in achieving outstanding
performance on the looms in his section.
Names of the award-winning weavers
and fixers appear on certificates which
are placed on the looms and remain in
place as long as above-standard per
formance is continued.
