Council, Jr. Employees Give Blood Pictures on this page show scenes during the Bloodmobile’s visit to First Methodist Church, Draper, June 5, when local area citizens—a majority of them Fieldcrest employees — donated 118 pints of blood to the Tri-City Blood Program. During the visit, 30 pints of blood were given for a Draper man, Willard S. Hundley who received the blood in a Decatur, Ala., hospital following in juries in a two-truck collision May 27. He died in the hospital June 9. To date in 1963, the Bloodmobile has made one visit each to Leaksville, Spray and Draper. The latest report shows that the local Blood Program is slightly in arrears. The usage rate at More- head Memorial Hospital and for Tri- City patients in other hospitals indi cates that there will be a deficit of ap proximately 28 pints by the end of this month.
