WESLEY EGGLESTON High Average MASTEN HORSLEY High Line DUDLEY MARTIN High Set Jacklegs Win Bowling Title The Jacklegs were the bowling champions in the Fieldcrest major league at the Fieldale Community Center with a 52-20 record at the end of the season. Runners-up for the championship were the Lucky Seven with 46-26, followed by the Community Center 27-45, and Sippers 19-53. In play-off matches March 9 and 10, the Sippers beat the Jacklegs two out of three and the Lucky Seven defeated the Community Center. Piay-off champions were the Lucky Seven who had five-game total pins of 4046 against 4030 for the Sippers. Individual trophies were won by Wesley Eggleston, high average for season, 175; Mas- LEAGUE PARTICIPANTS—Left to right, first row, kneeling, George L. Horsley, Dudley Vaughan, Maynard Hollandsworth, Eugene Ensley, Jimmy Martin, R. G. Harrell; second row, kneeling, Bert 0. Finley, Thomas Eggles ton; first row standing, Younger F. Snead, W. ten Horsley, high line, 248; and Dudley tin, high set, 628.
