ters who are 1964 college and university
graduates are the four young people
pictured on this page.
Charles W. Saunders graduated from
Wofford College with a B.A. degree in
government. He is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Charlie Saunders, both of whom
are employed at the Blanket Mill in
Draper.
Carolyn Curtis Compton received her
degree from Mars Hill College. A physi
cal education major, Carolyn received
a Bachelor of Science degree and was
certified as a public school teacher. She
is the daughter of the Rev. and Mrs.
Niles Edwin Compton of Route 2, Ben
son. Her mother, Madge Compton, is
employed in the office at the Automatic
Blanket plant, Smithfield.
Judy Stegall received her Diploma of
Professional Nursing from Petersburg
General Hospital at Petersburg, Va. She
JAMES ROWE
is the daughter of J. Garland and Mary
Stegall. Her father is employed in the
Bedspread-Karastan Plant Service De
partment, and her mother works in the
Karastan Setting Department.
James H. Rowe received his B.B.A.
degree with a major in accounting from
North Texas University. He is a son
of Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Rowe of Arling
ton, Texas. Mr. Rowe is manager of our
Dallcis Service Center.
