Preview Of Newest Fiefdcrest Fashions (Continued from Page Four) has generated great interest due to the popularity of graphic art today. Fieldcrest’s plan of confining pro duction of the four towels to a limited quantity, after which the screens are to be destroyed, makes each “Limited Edition” towel a collector’s item! “Bountiful”, the new romantic One Look floral print is a potpourri of imag inative wildflowers that have an ap pealing femininity. New coloring tech niques developed by Fieldcrest give the “Bountiful” colors a strong perspective, unusual in pastel prints. Altogether, Fieldcrest’s Fall 1970 line offers today’s fashion-conscious woman worlds of new decorating delights through which she may express her own personality. King’s Graduate David L. Pierre Cardin (Continued from Page One) terns Cardin says, “My designs are for the ultra-feminine woman . . . always.” Fieldcrest believes that the addition of a second internationally renowned French fashion designer offers a com plementary balance to the entire line, and is in harmony with the highly suc cessful first collection by Yves St. Laurent introduced last fall. Each designer has his own highly in dividual approach to fashion as exemp lified by the extraordinary collections they have created for Fieldcrest. The chic elegance of St. Laurent’s designs and Cardin’s youthful roman ticism led them both to the peak of international popularity and, ultimate ly, the creation of Fieldcrest bed and bath fashions for women who want the best. Pierre Cardin, one of the first of the French haute couture to sense the power of the very young as a contem porary fashion influence, has created a collection that is certain to delight Fieldcrest customers everywhere.
