Bug Mill on Wednesday, March
3. as part of the three-day
‘Economics In Action”
program.
The students were welcomed

acturing facility, the students
vere shown two films about
Karastan entitled, “The Kara-
uoc Story” and “The Thing of
Beauty.” The films were shown

Following the films, J. G.
'Cunningham, plant manager,
alked to the group about the
various processes involved in
the manufacture of Karastan
rugs. The students then toured
the Design Department with
Lance Solaroli, design
supervisor, as their guide.

700 Million Women Will See
St. Marys Products On Television

In 1975 over 700 million women
will be exposed to St. Mary’s
products through television
participation in the various
television game shows. St.
Mary's will be participating in
both daytime and nighttime
programs on NBC and ABC
network and syndicated shows,
among them Hollywood
Squares, Let’s Make A Deal, The
Price Is Right, Concentration,

Fieldcrest Vacation Schedule Is Announced
The company has announced
the 1975 vacation schedule as fol
lows;
Fieldcrest plants generally
will close for vacation at the end
of the second shift Friday, June
27, and will resume operations
Sunday evening, July 6, at 11
p.m.
