Call 627-1297. r-" Second Smile Joan Cobb, product evaluation technician in the Quality Control Depart ment at the Fieldcrest Technical Center, recently captured second place in color photography at the thirty-third Fine Arts Festival of Rockingham County with an entry entitled, "Hot Rod Tractor.” “This was my favorite," she said of the action-packed photo, one of two she entered in the coior category. “I just ioved it.” Joan also had an entry in the black and white photography category. “The pictures I take are an expression of my creativity,” Joan said. "My artistic interest is in trying different kinds of fiim.” Her entry (bottom left), taken with Fuji color slide fiim, piaced second among 36 color photo entries. She received a siiver cup.
