Faye Chrismon, office clerk 2 in Carding and Spinning at Draper Sheeting Mill, replaces Ruth Minter who has retired. Sadie Cox, office clerk 2 in Sewing at the Sheet Finishing Mill, re places Brenda May who has transferred to scheduling at Karastan. She will assist Irene Meeks in reporting at Karastan. Dillon, an industrial engineer, has been honored by management on the completion of an outstanding record of 40 years of continuous service with the company. He has received a 40-year service emblem, a $40 gift certifi cate for company merchandise and a letter of commendation from William C. Battle, president of Fieldcrest Mills, Inc. Dillon began work in 1938 as a sweeper at Draper Sheeting Mill. He later held the jobs of battery filler an harness repairer at that mill and checker at the Blanket Finishing Mill. In 1943 he became an industrial engineer and then senior industrial engineer prior to being supervisor of Blanket Finishing Industrial Engi neering. Presently, he is manager of Industrial Engineering for North Carolina Finishing, Blanket Finish ing, Bedspread Finishing and Blanket Warehouse.
