All Pres byterian artists and sculptures residing in the Southern states are invited to enter paintings, sculptures, drawings, and graphics. All works submitted must be for sale. A commission of 20% will be retained by the Gallery. Prizes of engraved silver plaques will be given for first and second places in the various categories. The Montreat Gallery of Fine Arts is a non-profit organiza tion sponsored by the Mountain Retreat Association. This is the first showing of the Gal lery and is part of the cele bration for the Anniversary ALL-STARS DEFEAT CAVALIERS On Saturday night, April 2, the All - Stars defeated the Cavaliers 69 ~ 61;, behind the hot shooting of Danny Lotz, who played on the North Caro - lina team that won the N.C.C.A. basketball championship i n 1997, and made all the all- American teams in 1999, led all scores with 22 points.
