DEAR editor
Dear Mr. Editor:
On the basis of being misquoted in your
last Cavaliey,! should like to offer
the following correction. When asked
by your reporter, "How do you like the
cafeteria food?", I replied that it
suits me fine and then went on to explain
that I was brought up to eat all kinds
of food and, therefore, am not hard to
please. I can and do eat anything, I
stated, anything, "but grass and leaves."
But I was quoted as saying that since
I eat grass and leaves the cafeteria
food suits me fine. Subsequently,
when going through the lunch line with
pea soup on the menu one of the dear
ladies announced: "Mr. Kercher, we
have some grass soup today, would you
care for any?" Mr. Editor, as you can
see, it is important that vou make
this correction.
Thank you.
