Brooks(excused for basketball), Chris Rum felt. ,Vmanhi McLamb, tmd David Williams At 9:15 the meeting was called to order by ,\dam Schultz. Sarali Ennis opened with prayer. Old Business Tim and Vince reported about their experience with the first SGA lunch session. Vince basically repeated what was in the e-mail things such as that most of the dorms want new or renovated kitchens. It was then reiterateil tliat SG.A needs a rep for Howerton dorm and SG.-\ members were cncourageii to try and find someone from Hower ton for tliis position. New Business Since there was no quorum there was a vote to suspend the rules which passed. The SG.\ then voted on and accepted the Whetstone charter as was presental by Donovan Camp bell at die previous meeting. Adam then thtmked Jen. Dorm reps, were also asked to make sugges tion boxes for students to use to let SGA know their concerns. April 6"' is a possible date for the SGA clean-up day and .\dam is still talking to Bill Cain about the details. Jeff Bryson presented the budget from Student Activities and it was passed with the understanding that as changes occur, SGA w’ill approve them. Nate Tiefenbach moved and Sttrali Ennis seconded that motion. The Student Budget Advi sory Cormiiittce will begin meet ing soon.
