Hi, guys!
Midterms are coming up (or maybe you’ve already had some)! Fun stuff, right?
Luckily for us, the Huckleberry opened up just in time to be a great study spot
complete with snacks and hot drinks (or just a great spot to procrastinate studying
for said midterms— not that I ever do that...).
Fall break is also coming up, though, and none too early! Keep The Whetstone
in mind— we’d love to hear about how you spend your break, and pictures are al
ways nice. Whether you’re going home or visiting friends, adventuring or study
ing, we want to hear about it. We may also upload pictures to our Facebook page
and website.
Speaking of pictures, if you haven’t already, don’t forget to tag yourself and your
friends in our Community Day pictures on our Facebook page!
Finally, you probably read the comments regarding the new dorm toilet paper
dispensers on the front page. We included these comments last-minute because
student reactions to the change have been so strong. Do you agree with the com
ments, or have a different perspective completely? Do you feel that this is a waste
of money or a good update for the rooms? Send us a letter to either mcwhet-

think!
