CAULKING Check for drafts by holding a flame 1" from where doors and windows meet their frames. If the flame moves, or goes out, then it’s time to caulk! INSULATION Insulation works by resisting heat loss. You can save by insulating any surface that separates heated spaces from unheated spaces in your home. FIREPLACES Fireplaces work best when installed with energy efficient ducting built in.. . for the purpose of conducting more heat into the room. RggpiNis INSULATION PLYWOOD ENCLOSURES Enclose open porches, car ports or any house extensions to act as. a buffer against cold air... keep the house warmer inside. GUTTERS Gutters and drain pipes protect the outside structure of your house from water damage which could cut down its insulating properties. PLYWOOD Maintain the efficiency and strength of the enclo sures you build by using waterproof plywood, which can wear longer. INSULATING GLASS This is made double thick, with a layer of gas in between... to increase the insulating value... decrease the amount of air escaping. You Can Plan On Us to Help You Finance It... Loans are our business. When you include us in your home improving plans...we’ll do our best to turn your plans into ready cash. Just stop in and speak to our friendly loan officer. On approval, he’ll work out a personal pay ment schedule at convenient terms for you. EQUAL HOUSMG LENDER
